Estimates come back within twenty-four hours of your request. Scheduling depends mostly on weather and on how much of your lot has to be closed at once — a single-pass job on a small retail lot is a different conversation from a full rework on an occupied office park. Tell us your hard dates when you call, because working nights or a weekend is usually easier to arrange in advance than to add later.

Traffic paint needs a dry surface and mild temperatures to cure properly, which in a humid subtropical climate like the Triangle’s makes late spring through early fall the widest window. That is also when everyone books, so it fills up. Winter work is entirely possible on a dry, mild stretch — we just need a forecast we can trust for the length of the cure, and we will tell you honestly if a date looks marginal rather than paint into weather that will ruin it.

The address, roughly how many spaces you have, and whether you want the existing layout kept or changed. A photo or two helps more than people expect, particularly of the worst-faded corner and of any accessible spaces and fire lanes. Send a site plan if you have one; if not, we will measure. Tell us about anything that constrains access — gate hours, delivery windows, a tenant who cannot lose their frontage. Before the crew arrives, clear the work area of vehicles, dumpsters, and pallets, and let staff and tenants know which sections are closing, because the most common delay by far is a car nobody can move.

If the lines are still where you want them and have simply faded, that is restriping. If you want more spaces, a different flow, or the accessible parking moved, that is layout design. If a fire marshal or a tenant has raised an accessibility or fire lane issue, start with the page for that specific problem.
